Product introduction: The underground segmented pressed steel fire storage tank is an underground tank used to store fire water. It uses profiled steel plates as the main material and is made through a profiled process. This tank is designed to provide an economical, durable and easy-to-install solution to meet the storage capacity needs of fire protection systems.

PGS steel-plastic composite material (hereinafter referred to as PGS) is a new material developed by our company with good anti-corrosion effect and health food grade flame retardant as one. The material is composed of galvanized plate G1, food grade flame retardant plastic PE, and bonding new resin polymer through a large composite production line. Its products are widely used in water tank industry (fire underground water tank, domestic water tank) and environmental protection industry (sewage, waste gas, solid waste).

Parameter

Underground Sectional Pressed Steel  fire fighting Storage Tank  includes four parts:
(1) Panels	Bottom panel, wall panel, roof panel and manhole
(2) Internal parts	Internal ladder, tiepiece rod, support, flanges and rubber
(3) External parts	External ladder, angle iron, tiepiece board, bolts and nuts
(4) U-steel base	surface treatment can be painted or hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel

 Reinforcement Method :

All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.

Materials :

The sectional panel tank manufactured from 1.5mm to 4.5mm thickness according to requirement.

 

Application:

The construction water storing, the regulating tank, heating system's inflation water tank, the condensate tank as well as the

building construction, the geological prospecting, the industry, the defense project and so on temporarily store water tank.
