By applying the revolutionary casting rolling clad technique, our copper clad aluminum material could obtain great bonding strength, mechanic properties and thermal/electric conductivity. Also, the thickness of our copper clad aluminum plates could be as large as 20mm, which is a very hard work for cold rolling process. However, as it is still a continuous rolling process, the cost is still much lower than explosive welding. Thus, our bimetal plate unites the light weight and heat dissipation of aluminum and thermal conductivity of copper. This product creates a new space for the design of cooling system, the material is thicker and remain the low cost.
